Terminator Kid Demolishes Car

Holy crap, this kid is crazy! Gets hit and walks away like nothing happened... Wow!

Worldwide Survey

Hehe, America, Fuck Yeah! =D
A worldwide survey was conducted by the UN. The only question asked was:"Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?"
The survey was a huge failure...
In Africa they didn't know what "food" meant.
In Eastern Europe they didn't know what "honest" meant.
In Western Europe they didn't know what "shortage" meant.
In China they didn't know what "opinion" meant.
In the Middle East they didn't know what "solution" meant.
In South America they didn't know what "please" meant.
And in the USA they didn't know what "the rest of the world" meant.

Giant Chipmunks Meet Stormtroopers

This is too awesome and too cute, haha.

Source: Story board, Geeks Are Sexy, pictures courtesy of powerpig

Did you know that chipmunks are not native to planet Earth? In fact, they come from a very distant galaxy, and were encountered a long, long time ago by soldiers of an evil empire who used the docile mounts to roam around forested planets.

Ok, ok, I just made that up. I thought it would make a great introduction to present Flickr user Powerpig’s pictorial on the interaction between various chipmunks and Star Wars figurines. The result is, shall we say, absolutely brilliant. Please note that these pictures are copyrighted and were not released under a CC license. Naturally, we asked the permission of the author before using them on Geeks are Sexy.

With that said, enjoy the remaining photographs!

Oh Noes! – It’s bad enough that Billy had to keep an eye out for cats, hawks and territorial squirrels. The last thing he needed was grief from an Ewok.

1-2-Fleeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Specimen Found – “Trooper 1128 to Alpha One. Sir, I’ve found a specimen and it’s been corralled into the cargo bay. Now returning to the assault ship in low orbit; we’ll see you starside.”

Let’s Be Friends – Are these two distant relatives? Hmmm, probably not.

Man Ticketed For Parking In His Own Driveway

Like the headline says. This guy from Toledo, Ohio, was issued a parking ticket for parking in his driveway. So apparently in this wonderful city, it is basically illegal to have an unpaved driveway. If it's unpaved, then it's not really counted as yours and you're granted with a parking ticket if any cars are on it. Stupid law, but the law is the law, right? Gotta' love democracy when stupid people outnumber the intelligent ones and run it... //sigh

Ultimate Showdown: Ninja vs Pirate

One of the classics. This was a trailer of a Ninja vs Pirate showdown that would happen at an Anime Expo during the 2007 year. The people who produced this video were part of the EMC Monkey's crew. Ever since I first saw their videos in 2006, I've always enjoyed their work. I'll be posting the rest of the videos regarding the Anime Expo Pirates vs Ninja's show.

Ninjas Protest a Pirate Festival

One of the many classics in my library. A couple Ninja's decide to invade a Pirate Festival, but things get a bit extreme and a gang warfare breaks out. I guess we know the longtime awaited answer to the question of "Pirates vs Ninja's", eh? Go Ninja's! Be sure to check out the FullTimeNinja's production website.

Dashcam of 72 yr old Grandma being tasered

So last week I posted a video of a granny getting interviewed by Fox News because she got tasered by the cops for being "belligerent." She stated she wasn't and that the cop was being irrational and having a powertrip. Well, the police dashcam has been released and I think the outcome is very interesting. I don't usually side with cops, but in this case, this grandma was being a total dumbass. Kudos to the officer! Hopefully other people see the same thing and don't side with the senile grandma...

Milk Attack

So that's how you get even with people who drink from the milk carton / bottle! Genius! Gotta love the slow-mo replay, ahaha!

Easy Solutions!

This is f-in brilliant! Not like I'd try this ::shifty eyes::, but yeah, hahah! It'd be interesting to hear how successfully this has been, haha. It's long, but very much so worth it!

Source: Butterflies Feel Included
So, you're in love with one of your friends, but she has a boyfriend and probably wouldn't have sex with you anyway.

What you will need: 1 x knife, 1 x ring, access to a sunbed, the ability to grow a beard.

Step One: Place the ring on your wedding finger and avoid contact with your friend for a month.

Step Two: Stop shaving and use the sunbed to gain a tan.

Step Three: After a month when your beard is full and your tan is noticeable, remove the ring from your finger.

Step Four: Remove all your clothes and break into your friend's house.

Step Five
: Use the knife to cut your body in various places. Avoid the face. If possible, focus on your back. The more blood the better.

Step Six: Enter your friend's bedroom and lie face down on the floor. Wait for her return.

Step Seven: When she enters the room pretend to be unconscious. Allow her to turn you over and try to wake you for a few seconds before you open your eyes. The injuries to your body will serve as a distraction to your nakedness. She will be more concerned about your wellbeing instead of fearing the naked man in her room.

Step Eight: When she asks you what's happened you should ignore her questions. Instead you must act confused and ask the date. If it's September 15th she will say 'September 15th' to which you must reply 'No, what year is it?'

Step Nine: Upon hearing the year say the words 'It worked.' Pretend to lose consciousness again for a few seconds, implying that whatever it is that has worked took a great effort.

Step Ten: If your friend is a curious person she will probably ask 'What worked?', even if she doesn't ask this question it is important that you now say the words '(Insert Friend's Name), I'm from the future' in your most deadpan voice.

Step Eleven: Pause for ten seconds to allow the incrediblness of the situation to sink in. There will be no reason for her to doubt your claim, because your beard will make you appear many years older and your cuts would add weight to the idea that you've come from a post-apocalyptic future where a war is currently taking place.

Step Twelve: Raise your left hand to your face. All women are very observant, so your friend will immediately notice the tanline on your wedding finger. If she is educated to a decent standard she will realise that you are married and your ring has simply disappeared, because clothing and other items cannot travel through time. Your nudity will support this.

Step Thirteen: Now comes the hard part - The monologue. In your own words you must give a speech in which you mention all of these key points:

a) You are married to each other in the future
b) Her current boyfriend is dead
c) The world is coming to an end. It's up to you to pick a reason, but I would recommend a war against machines. This whole situation will be backed up by the Terminator franchise
d) In the future your relationship is not going well
e) You've come back in time because you can't help but feel that she would have been happier with her current boyfriend if he hadn't been killed
f) Her current boyfriend is going to be hit by a bus on a day six months from her present. She should stop him going to work that day
g) If she does exactly what you say this current version of yourself will be erased and you will never get married. If she questions this flaw in your time travel logic, because you cannot change the past, simply reference Back to the Future

Step Fourteen: Unless your friend is made of stone she will now be overcome by emotion, especially at your selflessness. Get to your feet and go to kiss her goodbye. It is important that you do this with the confidence of a man who has done this to her many times.

Step Fifteen: There is now no possible way that you aren't about to have sex with her. You're naked, kissing her, in her bedroom, agreeing to erase a version of yourself from history to make her happy. And as far as she knows you've had sex many times in a future that will no longer happen, so she thinks to herself that maybe she should have one memory of it.

Step Sixteen: After having the sex, ask to borrow some clothes then leave.

Step Seventeen: Shave off your beard and coat your wedding finger in fake tan. Carry on as if nothing has happened. There will be three possible outcomes:

1) During the sex some feelings that she didn't know existed are awakened and she will leave her boyfriend for you.
2) Life will carry on as normal.
3) You will be filled with guilt because of this moral grey area where you aren't entirely sure if what you've done counts as some kind of low level rape. You will take your own life by hanging, overdose or wrist cutting.

Man Gets Tazed, Mocks Cops, and Gets Away

I'm in a semi-cop tasering mood. Now, I usually don't side with cops in these types of videos, but this guy was being a complete douche, resisting arrest and just being difficult. If you know you didn't do anything wrong, then just go with it and get justice later by suing the cop department. Funny how this guy leaves his wife in the end as he runs off... Again, what a complete douche.

72-year-old Woman Tasered & Jailed!

Believe it or not, the Cop was not trying to jump-start her heart, haha. But yeah, until the dash-cam of the cop car is released to the public, we'll never know the true story... Was the granny belligerent? Highly doubt it, but part of me wants to think so because that would be pretty cool!

Future Movies...

So on my way to work today, I was listening to KROQ, naturally, and Kevin, Bean, and Lisa May were talking about classic movies that were being remade for the new generation of viewers. Among these were "Hamlet", again, and believe it or not, but also "Total Recall!" Really?! I wonder who they'll get to play Arnold, because seriously, you can't have a "Total Recall" movie without the Governator!

After the remakes, they started talking about new movies / possible movies that will be coming out within the next couple years. The two that stuck out to me were, get this, a "Where's Waldo" movie and a "Stretch Armstrong" movie. Are you serious?! What will it entail? Once you find Waldo do you just leave the theater??? Lame. What about Stretch? Will it be filled with kids grabbing some dude and pulling on his arms and legs? There's already a movie that's semi-Stretch Armstrong and that's called "Fantastic 4" with Mr. Fantastic... We'll just have to see how this plays out, eh? I'll say this now. My expectations are crazy low for these movies...

More than 200 dancers were performing their version of "Do Re Mi", in the Central Station of Antwerp. with just 2 rehearsals they created this amazing stunt! Those 4 fantastic minutes started the 23 of march 2009, 08:00 AM. It is a promotion stunt for a Belgian television program, where they are looking for someone to play the leading role, in the musical of "The Sound of Music".

I think it's pretty wicked!

Would-be gangster shoots off own manhood | Ananova

A would-be gangster shot himself in the crutch [crotch] when his gun went off half cocked in his pocket.

Lukas Neuhardt, 27, had forgotten to put the safety catch on when he stuffed the gun into his trouser pocket to impress pals in Saarbruecken, Germany.

He told paramedics that a masked mugger had blasted him in the crutch [crotch] in a bungled robbery.

But police found a hole in his statement when they saw that the gunshot had miraculously left his trousers intact.

"Instead there was a charred hole in his pocket so either it was the shot of the century or he did it himself," said a police source.

Now - after surgeons stitched his manhood back together - he's facing up to three years in jail for breaching Germany's tough new anti gun laws.

Got Work?

To all my friends who are struggling with finding work, just keep your chin up and keep trying. Things will turn around. Right now you just need to make yourself stick out amongst everybody else who's looking for work. Apply to anything, even if it wasn't in your field of study. Even if it's nonpaying, an internship opens doors to other companies / divisions that will give you a one-up over the next person.

Another option is to go back to school for a Masters or Graduate study. If you're unable to get experience from working / able to start making payments on your loans, the next best thing is to get more education and stay in school until the economy picks up.

I wish you guys all the luck in the world! Something will pop up for you! Trust God, trust yourself and trust in your abilities. You will get through this!

Source: College Graduates Face Toughest Job Market in Years | By John Berman, May 20, 2009

Casey Savage graduated from Trinity College in Hartford with a 3.8 grade-point average and honors. What he doesn't have is a job.

"I've talked to 24 different firms so far. Hedge funds, investment banks, private equity shops," Savage said. "And I just feel that there's limited opportunities at this point."

It's a familiar refrain being echoed at colleges and universities across the country, as the economy continues to slump and layoffs, furloughs and pay cuts dominate the employment landscape. The struggling economy means college seniors are facing one of the toughest job markets in years.

According to a survey from National Association of Colleges and Employers, the class of 2009 is leaving campus with fewer jobs in hand than their 2008 counterparts. The group's 2009 Student Survey found that just 19.7 percent of 2009 graduates who applied for a job actually have one.

In comparison, 51 percent of those graduating in 2007 and 26 percent of those graduating in 2008 who had applied for a job had one in hand by the time of graduation.

Economist say the members of this year's graduating class are also facing unique challenges not only because they are dueling against the growing ranks of unemployed for work, but because they are also facing a backlog created from last year's graduates who have yet to find fulltime employment.

Bryan Hopkins, a senior at the University of Florida, calls the situation frustrating. "You feel frustrated because you feel now that was it all worth it," he said. "In a perfect world, I would have walked right off the stage and into a fulltime job in my field, but I mean I have the degree now and I am still waiting."

Yale University School of Management professor Lisa Kahn said recent college graduates will suffer the long-term effects of this recession much more than their counterparts who graduated in boom times.

Departing seniors are "suffering from the recession like everyone else is, but the effects are going to stay with (them) for much longer," Kahn said.

Tougher Times Ahead for Grads

Kahn studied the impact of the recession in the 1980s and found that seniors who graduated then were still feeling the impact 20 years later. Today's seniors are "going to be earning much less than their counterparts who graduated in better times and they'll be in lower level occupations," she said.

University of Arizona senior Reyna Nowaczyk said the lack of job prospects has left her "overwhelmed."

"I don't know what to do next," she said. "I've done all the right things: done my fair share of internships, studied abroad. I've studied languages while abroad. I have my letters of recommendation from employers. I feel like I prepared myself; I feel like I'm ready. I want to work."

But according to employment professionals, graduating seniors will need to be flexible in this economy.

"If I were a 22-year-old today I would be willing to take an unpaid internship," said Lanna Hagge, director of Career Services at Trinity College. "I would be willing to do almost anything just to get the experience and exposure."

That's advice Trinity graduate Chauncy Kerr is taking. She is looking to land an unpaid internship this summer.

"You get job experience so I'm excited about that," Kerr said. But, she added, "It would be nice to get paid."

New View Counter!

So I found a website that will give me better accuracy results for seeing how often my page is viewed, from where people are viewing it and various other tidbits as well. I'll try to post up some of the statistics every now and again. So far, someone from Canada viewed my blog, so I think that's pretty cool considering this is a REALLY small blog with an even smaller fanbase! Thanks my Canuck, friend! Haha.

Matrix Kitty, Neo vs Agent Smith Puppies

This is so epic! The music ties in perfectly with this video! Haha. The original uploader, sniperoo, for one reason or another decided to take it down, but luckily I was able to find another YouTube user who had copied the video. This is quite hilarious for all cat / dog lovers! =D

Beatbox Dub FX 10/10/2008 part 2

This street performer, dowdenboy, is a one-man-band! He does a pretty good job and deserves to be signed up! Feel free to check out his site by clicking on www.bendowden.com. The guy is amazing!

Diet Coke and Mentos Rocket to the Groin

Ouch! Why is pain to other people sometimes so hilarious? I don't know, but holy crap, this made me roll! Hahahha...
