P.F. Changs Happy Hour
While watching the new Alice in Wonderland movie this past weekend, I saw this advertisement outside of P.F. Changs. So I'm trying to figure this out. $3pm - $6pm... At 3pm it's $3 and at 6pm it's $6? I'm so confused!
