The Voca People

This is simply AMAZING! This group of talented performers use A cappella, beatboxing, and any other form of sounds they can make through the use of their vocals. They go through different generations of music in this spectacular show. Enjoy!

大きな箱とねこ。

No idea what the title says, but the video is about this cute cat that likes being... cute, haha. It's got some major hops, though! I know Jerry will enjoy this one, haha.

Hulk Vs Wolverine Clip #3

For all the Marvel fans out there (Jay and Jerry), this is for you! It's a short clip of the Hulk and Wolverine kicking each others' asses. Hulk's dialogue is hilarious =P

Daichi for Beatbox Battle Wildcard

Even though beatboxing isn't as popular as it was back in the, oh, I don't know, 80's / 90's, this guy has some major talent. Daichi, who's 18, is a Japanese beatboxing legend. Well, not really, but he's on his way to becoming one! Check it out, he's really good!

Otaku Fight

This is actually a pretty neat video created by some fans of the DBZ (Dragonball Z) series. The creators use the fighting style of DBZ and it makes you wonder how a couple amateurs could produce something really cool and people who are experts (Hollywood) could screw it all up.

So for the Disney fanatics out there, who remembers the Mickey Mouse Cartoons that started in 1936?!?! I do! I remember watching this Disney show in the mornings during the 90s right before school. The episode of Mickey, Donald and Goofy seen traveling in their trailer was always my favorite so that's why I'm posting it =D

"Dr. Horrible" Sequel Could Be A Movie!

So the Internet media hit "Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-long Blog" might become a movie sequel! How awesome is that?!? What's neat is that the very same creators will still be in charge so NOTHING will change the direction in which it's going, even though the series kind of ended, haha.

Speaking at the Paley Festival Panel on "Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog" the other night, creator Joss Whedon said the success of the original on the Web, iTunes, DVD and CD could interest studios in funding a full-budget sequel that could be seen at a theater near you. Whedon then went on to say that he'd entertain the idea, but only if he could keep things intimate like the original.

"Well, we don't want to be beholden to anybody," Whedon said. "We want to do the product the same way we did the first one, which is out of our hearts, and then go to people [and say], 'OK, if you're interested in this, this is what it is.' Besides, it could be something theatrical. It could be something on the Internet again, where it's done on the fly and it all comes from us. We don't know how we want that to be. The best thing to do is to write it. Then we can start deciding a business model based on the script."

Whedon went on to say that a feature-length sequel is one idea he and co-creator Jed Whedon have entertained.

"We’ve talked about doing an actual studio film, and we’ve talked about doing an independent tiny little thing," Whedon said. "We've talked about everything in between, the bumper sticker, whatever format."

In a separate interview, co-writer and composer Jed Whedon (Joss' brother) said the sequel's length would be determined by the medium in which it appears. "It depends on what form it takes," Jed said in an exclusive interview on the red carpet. "The story that we're talking about is pretty big, so it might end up being longer."

Another creative mind behind the project, co-writer Maurissa Tancharoen, dropped a bomb-shell for the potential sequel. She said they are looking at ways to bring back Felicia Day's character of Penny for the sequel. However, she was quick to add that any return by the character wouldn't violate her death from the original.

"Penny is definitely dead, but there are ways," Tancharoen said. "We love Felicia so much. Maybe she'll do catering while we shoot the movie."

Jed added: "It's movie magic, so there are a lot of different things we can do. We just want to hang out with her."

Anywhoo, I'm pretty stoked about this and I truly hope that they do decide to make some kind of sequel, whether it be a movie or another internet web series.

KAMISUMOU

A pretty cool stop-motion video of origami going head-to-head against each other. Who will win in this epic battle of awesomeness??? I swear, the Japanese are the most clever people in the world... or they're just crazy? Either or. Just kidding, Hiroshi, haha.

Embrace Man's New BFF

So with the sudden increase in pirate activity that's coming from the Somali coast, a Chinese merchant ship was about to be attacked yet again from these guys, but the one thing that protected this crew was not from highly advanced super weapons of mass chaotic destruction, but something quite peaceful in nature... DOLPHINS! No, not Dolphins equipped with lasers or torpedoes, but your regular Flipper of sorts. Crazy!

China Radio International reported the Chinese merchant ships escorted by a China's fleet sailed on the Gulf of Aden when they met some suspected pirate ships. Thousands of dolphins suddenly leaped out of water between pirates and merchants when the pirate ships headed for the China's.

The suspected pirates ships stopped and then turned away. The pirates could only lament their littleness befor the vast number of dolphins. The spectacular scene continued for a while.

China initiated its three-ship escort task force on Dec. 26 last year after the United Nations Security Council called on countries to patrol gulf and waters off Somalia, one of the world's busiest marine routes, where surging piracy endangered intercontinental shipping.

China's first fleet has escorted 206 vessels, including 29 foreign merchant vessels, and successfully rescued three foreign merchant ships from pirate attacks.

About 20 percent of Chinese merchant ships passing through the waters off Somalia were attacked by pirates from January to November in 2008, before the task force was deployed.

A total of seven ships, either owned by China or carrying Chinese cargo and crew, were hijacked.

Tianyu No. 8, a Chinese fishing vessel with 16 Chinese and eight foreign sailors aboard, was captured by Somali pirates on Nov. 14 and released in early February.

The second fleet of Chinese escort ships arrived at the Gulf of Aden on Monday to replace the first fleet.
