My Last Days: Zach Sobiech "Clouds" Celebrity Music Video

Awhile back, I posted a video by Zach Sobiech, where he wrote a song about his rare osteosarcoma condition. As the video went vial, celebrities banded together and decided to sing the song with Zach. Pretty touching!
