Oh noooo! It's the apocalypse! Popeye's ran out of chicken! Seriously, these people are mad because Popeye's had an incredible deal of 8 pieces of chicken for $4.99, and since Popeye's couldn't keep up with the demand of the cheapy's, they're getting flagged for it.
